I reached level 7000 on 8/4. But I don’t see my name on the leaderboard. How do I get on there?

We do not have access to individual player accounts in Candy Crush Saga. Therefore, I suggest you contact Player support about this. Go into "Settings" in your game app, then select the 'Help Center" with the icon that looks like a question mark. Scroll down the list of options and tap "Contact us" to be able to direct your question to the Player Support team. I suggest you be prepared to share any screenshot you might have of your game progress.

If you mean the list of players who got the level 7000 badge in this community then if you post a screenshot in the thread I link below your name should appear on the list. There are so many millions of Candy Crush players worldwide, many of whom have reached level 7000, there is no leaderboard.
But this is the thread to get you community badge and recognition for the achievement:
