I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing log-in issues on your Windows game Apps. Steps given in previous answer did not work for you because that post was from last year and the process to "sync" accounts has been changed!
The issue of not able to log into Windows App with Facebook is a known one! King team is aware of it and working on a fix. But not sure, when the Fix will be rolled out!
Hence, for time being, players are advised to play the game either on mobile device or log into the Windows 10 App with a King account.

No, that didn't help especially on a Windows 11 PC. No "login" to click on in the upper right. I've tried everything, when trying to use my Facebook login to retrieve my progress on Candy Crush Saga. I get that "your browser is not updated" even though I have ALL three of the browsers: Firefox, Edge and Chrome, ALL updated to their most current versions. Here's the oxymoron; I can "create a KING account" without the browser update message on Candy Crush Saga but when trying to use the Facebook login to retrieve my progress I get the "update browser" message. I've updated the Candy Crush Saga game from the Microsoft store that's what started this mess. "IT'S SOMETHING WITH THE King Candy Crush Saga's INTERFACE WITH FACEBOOK"……NOW here's the rub, "I have Candy Crush SODA Saga on the same Windows 11 PC" and it cried to update and the same Facebook account that I used on Candy Crush Saga and CANDY CRUSH SODA SAGA stayed SIGNED IN. Lessons learned, NEVER re-sign into CANDY CRUSH SODA because on a Windows 11 PC IT WILL NEVER TAKE. NEVER SIGN OUT PERIOD of your Facebook account on Candy Crush Saga Game PERIOD.

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
