hi I’m on level 19366. I updated the latest version of candy crush on my iPad.
Now I’m seeing gold bars are needed to review ads. Help
I re-started my iPad, have tons of free space and have never had an issue

If you look at my screenshot below you wouldn't think that you had to use moves and boosters to watch adverts would you!
I don't think this is saying that you need gold bars to watch ads. Rather, it is saying that you will receive 1 gold bar for each of 2 ads that you can watch. As people have pointed out, this is probably not as good a deal as receiving moves or boosters, although if you can keep doing it for long enough, you might be able to eventually build a lot of gold bars this way. But I'm not sure how often this offer repeats - I am not getting this sort of offer in my game.
