why am I not getting my extra lives when I win
IE The train game when I win it says win 20 minutes play and I don’t get it.

I am sorry to hear that you are not getting the lives from the Express delivery feature.
Please note that changes are made constantly to the game itself. As such, while we are always dedicated to providing the finest in mobile gaming fun, the team will tweak aspects of the game from time to time to test new features and evaluate possible improvements to ensure our games are well-balanced and viable such as this one since unlimited lives are no longer part of the rewards from the Express delivery.
If you still have trouble with these rewards despite being advertised in your game, could you please Contact Support directly so that we can best further guide you.

Unable to purchase
