Level 4575

I should have passed this level and win the treats from the train. The image taken shows the last 3 candies I needed to pass it, on the bottom right corner.

How can I get compensated for this?

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced a glitch in your level!

I was informed by our Game Experts that this kind of glitches occur only once and if we try the level again, we will be able to pass the level!

But, if you lost any of your items (boosters or Gold bars) and would like compensation, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team directly from your game App.

Click on the Pink Cog wheel located in the top right corner of game map screen;
In "Settings" window - click on "Account & Help" at the bottom of the screen;
Click on "Help Center" (the very first option) in next window;
Select an option that suits better with the issue and open it by clicking on it;
Then, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" to send your complaint.
