On this level, the frog is crucial. Feed it using the color bomb boxes and keep placing it next to the rainbow twists to clear them. Clearing the twists and toffees will allow the dragons to drop down to the exits.

First, remove the skulls in as few moves as possible to unlock the frog. Then, feed the frog and place it in the bottom part of the board next to the rainbow twists, as shown below.

Continue to feed and move the frog between the left and right sides of the board to hit the twists. The mixers spawn color bomb boxes, and if you match candies of the same color as the frog next to those boxes, the frog will be fed in one move so that you can use it again.

The moves count is low, so you'll need luck to get rid of the skulls quickly, as well as get some help from exploding stripes that drop at the bottom. The board has two color bombs and sometimes spawns more. Don't waste them trying to make combos; use them to feed the frog.
