the stripe delivery squares disappear after 1 hit, makes solving impossible!!!

It's true that the level has been tweaked, and the stripe boxes are now limited to one charge.
However, it's still possible to pass. The fish will go for those keys, but only after the main section of the board is cleared. A combination of a fish and a horizontal stripe is very useful as it will hit all the keys at once.
A wrap+wrap combo will be able to reach past the locked licorice at the bottom and hit the keys.
Starting with a color bomb is also helpful as you can use it to create a combo with the color of the key and collect one of the keys in this way. I have noted that even if you don't start with a color bomb, the game will often form one on the board for you at some point, so use it to take out one of the keys.
Combining all of the above techniques, the level can be passed.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
