To redeem Google Play Points while playing Candy Crush, you'll need to use the Google Play Store app, not the game itself. First, open the Play Store and tap your profile icon, then select "Play Points" and "Use". Choose your desired redemption option (in-app items, coupons, Google Play credit, or donations) and tap "Use points". King games, like Candy Crush, don't handle Play Points redemption directly.
