This is more than 4 weeks that my devices do not sync, Why

I have deleted the app, reloaded, signed in and still no success. My progress goes back to 4 weeks ago 19686 even though I am on 19936 on my phone. I can play on my iPads, but the levels do not increase moves after I fail a level. My coins match but that's all!
