I faced something similar before. Sometimes it’s a bug in that level. Try updating the game, closing and reopening it, or replaying the level. If it keeps happening, you can contact Candy Crush support from the in-game Help option. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon.

i can start this level
My game starts with a oops every time although there are plenty moves available

Start the level and give up without start or play
there is no possible way to pass this level as there is not enough targets to begin with. please fix the glitch.
won’t even let me start-the board. automatically says oops no more moves before I make one move. I have closed down, rebooted,updated game-but problem still exists.
Once I game is over when continue to play
It signs me off unable to play and move on
All day situation restart something again

Hi @RinaJordaan28 You are undoubtedly playing level 17,998? That level is broken and you will have to wait for King to fix it before carrying on with your game. Do NOT uninstall the app as you would lose all yours boosters if you do.
