I made a purchase of the Gold Pass and it didn't unlock for me to get the rewards.

Just to check you understand how Season Pass works: You need to play and pass levels, including any easy old level, to move up the event and unlock the tiers. Once you have unlocked all the tiers on the free side those same tiers on the gold side should become available. If this has not happened despite you spending money to pay for the gold pass please contact player support. This is best done from the app: Go into settings, then the Help Centre. There scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Player Support have details of your player ID and purchase history and should be able to help.
