Nice. I've been wondering what the new chatbot is like. So among other things, it is a gatekeeper to real help, and you have to find the right combination of prompts to get it to let you through to a real person. I'm sure this is something we will see much more of in our daily lives in the future. The dystopia continues to become more dystopian.
Good luck to those with this problem - I hope one of you can do as Christine suggests, get through to a real person, and get them to give you help!
I have tried Kingsley, the chatbot in our Help Centres with this question and he has offered to connect me to an agent. As this is not my own level I will not choose this option, but someone genuinely stuck may want to do so. Here a screenshot of my chat:
To reach Kingsley go to the game's Help Centre in Settings, then scroll through the options until you see "chat with us" at the bottom.
Hello. My level 8811 is the same as Nobody1's. Since there are two players here complaining of the same issue I must assume that the level is faulty and part of a test group. Normally I would suggest you contact Player Support via the app but I am not sure if this is still possible as the "contact us" option in the help centre has been replaced by a bot. I would suggest you waste no boosters or gold on this level since it is probably impossible to pass by any means. It might help if either of you could post your opening board here to show what that looks like. I assume there are no magic mixers on it?
The best advice would be to contact Player Support using this link below, but make sure you mention your player ID so they can check which test group you are part of.

I checked and I have the latest version. I also checked the entire episode and none of those levels have orders to match the ones above. Maybe this is a very new change, and it has gone out to some devices (Windows, perhaps?) but not others yet?
