I’ve done all the trouble shooting tips and still my game freezes. When it does it takes my life, gold bars if I use them, my special bombs, and I lose the tournament to win additional bars!

I am sorry that your game keeps freezing. Do you have the option to play on a different device? If so, you won't have the same boosters (they are stored locally on each device), but you will be able to see if the freezing is related to your device or the app. Then, give us an update.
