Issue with level difficulty display on the map

Thank you, it did work for me eventually. Unfortunately it hasn't brought any new events into my game, which I had hoped. Still no sign of the 20K competition.

I went to Settings > Apps > App Store and toggled the auto-update on and off several times (this is necessary no matter what your auto-updates are currently set to). After that, the update still wasn't visible in the App Store, but when I pulled the screen down in the Apps/Available updates window, it finally showed up.

Has anyone here got any idea why that latest update doesn't show up for me on my iPad in the App store?

Thank you very much, @QueenB! I was finally able to get 1.310 to show up in the App store by switching auto-update on and off several times, and updating from 1.309 to 1.310 did the trick. Yay!

I’ve checked with the studio, and they’ve confirmed that there are indeed some tests running right now related to the labelling icons. However, based on your screenshots, things might not be behaving quite as expected so they’re looking into it further.

To help with the investigation, the team would really appreciate it if you could double-check and let us know which Game app version you currently have installed. The one released this week is 1.310.1.1, if you're able to update to that version, please do and see if the icons appear correctly again.

Thanks so much for flagging this! I've passed the info on to the studio team to check whether this is a bug or part of a test. As soon as I hear more, I’ll update you here. Really appreciate the screenshots and details, it that helps a lot ☺️

I have the same issue. All of a sudden, all level difficulty markers disappeared today. I have noted that it happened when I reached the same level as @Galactica76, level 17361.

I suspect this is one of the tests the studio runs. I would appreciate any information on whether I am correct and when the test is going to end @MountainMom @QueenB

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:

- ensure you have a stable Internet connection

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

I don't play on an iPhone. So if these steps don't return the level-difficulty markers to your game, let me know and I will try to find an iPhone user.
