I'm still a bit confused, sorry @QueenB Are you saying that when the thread is transitioned into the regular level 20K milestone badge thread, it will be a different badge we get showing we've actually played and passed 20K? Only asking as the badge I have received shows
It doesn't say Community Celebration Badge 20K, it shows CCS Level 20K very similar to what we got for getting to and passing 19K
So maybe the badge being given for commenting in the thread should be clearer as to why we got it, it wasn't because we had passed the 20K level. And it will look odd when I get the one for actually passing the 20K level as to what this one is for 🤔

Hi Christine, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts so openly and I completely understand the frustration.
To clarify: the badge currently being offered in the Level 20,000 thread is a special celebration badge and it’s open to all players who join the moment, even if they haven’t reached the level yet. Think of it like a “thank-you for celebrating with us” badge, not a milestone marker.
We’ll be posting a separate milestone badge thread next week for players who have actually reached Level 20 000 and that one will follow our usual process, requiring a screenshot and moderator review.
Just to clarify how the process works: all our milestone badges (including 1K, 5K, etc.) are awarded automatically when a player comments in the corresponding thread. From there, our moderators review each thread and flag any badges that need to be revoked and we then remove those on our end.
It’s not a perfect system (yet!), and it is quite manual but it’s the process we’ve found that works best for now. We're always looking for ways to improve it, especially with support from our platform, but the mod team is doing a great job helping us keep things fair and accurate behind the scenes 💛

Count me out of trying to collect any badges then. It seems a bit pointless to give out the badges to every player who celebrates here and then to anyone posting their screenshot. So am I to conclude that there are no staff or bots who can check these threads for badges if any posts actually fulfil the criteria required to earn them? It seems to make the whole badge thing in this community pretty pointless.
I've just answered my own question: I posted the question if this is the right place to post a screenshot and just earned my 19,000 level badge for that question in the corresponding thread. To check if we have posted a qualifying screenshot is clearly too much for the bots to handle and there are not enough real people left here to run these contests. Sad times.

The Level 20,000 badge is part of the special celebration we’re running this week to mark the release of this iconic level and it’s open to everyone who joins the party by commenting in the thread, even if they haven’t reached the level (yet! 😉).
Think of it more like a community celebration badge, a thank-you for helping us shape the level or simply for being part of the moment 💜
Once the celebration wraps up, we’ll transition the thread into the regular Level 20,000 milestone badge thread, where players will need to show proof of reaching the level to claim it as usual 🏅

Don't tell me the badge still hasn't been designed. Level 20000 has been discussed for months now. Can't wait to see what it's like and to find out what rewards we will get when passing. I'm going to stick a straw in my brandy glass so that I can use fingers on both hands while playing 🍸

I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
