I buy 100 gold but got 31 gold only

Can I just ask: when you bought the 100 Gold Bars, were you in the middle of trying to buy something else in the game, like a booster bundle or extra moves during a level?
Sometimes if you don’t have enough gold bars to complete a purchase, the game will first redirect them to buy more gold bars. Then, as soon as the gold bar purchase goes through, the game completes the original purchase automatically which means some of those gold bars are immediately used for that item, and you’ll just see the leftover amount in your balance.
Could this be what happened in your case?
