Why am I not receiving the lives that are being sent to me
Hello @TinaBrown57 as you can see from Kiara's response to your issue you will not get any meaningful response to your problem here.
Everyone here including Kiara is just a member of the public like you are so we have no idea what King is doing to the game or why.
I agree with you though and there is definitely something wrong with the life system.
For the last two weeks I haven't bothered playing Candy Crush and when I opened the game yesterday I had just one life request.
One life request in two weeks makes no sense at all, so to me this indicates that King is deliberately interfering with the life system.
Strangely I received ten new friends requests which is more than I normally receive.
If you share your friends link I can add you to my game to see if you can receive lives that I send you. We have had good results here doing this in the past.
Why am I not receiving lives anymore. I'm not sending any lives back now and not playing and spending money until it's been fixed as I have hundreds of friends and I use to get lives all the time.
I'm the same I keep requesting lives and ive woken up to just 1 life today. It's been like this for weeks so I'm stopping sending lives until they send me lives. I'm not spending any more money until it's been fixed so won't be playing anymore as it's obviously a problem 9n their side.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
