Again, I didn’t get what I was promised. I passed the level, using my 10 gold bars and was supposed to receive the prize of 20 min of unlimited life and other stuff. The support people say it’s on my end, well it’s not.

it’s definitely not on your end. Same thing has happened to me the last 5 or 6 times.
We were told by King that the train offer no longer includes any unlimited lives offer, but that it is of unlimited boosters only now. If you see this offer next time please check carefully if you are really seeing the infinite lives symbol before you click on it, and if you do please take a screenshot to show us here. We would love to see evidence that some players still see this offer, but so far no one has posted a screenshot of it.
I am sorry that you did not receive the expected reward from the Express Train. Can you share information about the your device and which platform on which you play? This information will be helpful to the team who will investigate this issue.
Same as above! This has happened several times during the last few weeks to me - being awarded the 20 minute prize when the train appears, successfully winning the level and then I do not receive the 20 minutes. It is not on my end.
