The express delivery train isn’t working

I have claimed the “train” multiple times from beating the level and even using multiple gold bars to complete the level in order to gain the 20 min infinity time. However, when I claim it, it doesn’t transfer. This is so frustrating. I have lost multiple gold bars doing this. It has happened to me at least 6 times in the past couple of weeks. Is this happening to anyone else?

Next time you get his offer please could you take a screenshot to prove that you are being offered infinity time. So many players post here stating exactly what you state but I have not yet seen any evidence that this event still offers infinity time. The only screenshots I have seen are of 20 minutes timed boosters.

Yes, this is happening to all of us. The 20 minutes of unlimited lives have been removed from the train, so please don't use your gold to win the train round if you're doing it because of the free play time.

Losing items
I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer
