Hello @nudiye if by level competition not coming you are referring to the Episode Race then please note that this is normal for people that are near to or at the end of the map. There isn't anything that you can do to fix a missing Episode Race.
Your boosters disappeared before you can use them because the timer of timed boosters does not stop when you close your game.
A lot of people have complained that their Super Charger stops working even if they haven't lost a level. I don't think I have seen an official response to this issue, so all you can do is carry on and hope your Super Charger works next time.

Please could you show us a screenshot of your game as it is not clear from your comments what the issue with your game is. Please post in English as well.
