New laptop, setting up my candy crush saga account, sync to Facebook account, when I click to "continue with Facebook" nothing happens. Occasionally I get a sign in for Facebook (user & password), but then nothing happens, just blank white screen.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble when trying to log in with your Facebook account. Just to confirm you are playing through the Windows app version of the game correct?
Could you please try the steps listed HERE and try to reconnect?
If the issue persists please can you try to reconnect with a King account instead?
