I made a one-time purchase in Candy Crush, and after that, the ads stopped appearing.
I would like to see ads again because I prefer watching ads to earn extra lives and rewards.
Could you please enable ads again for my account?

I understand your disappointment when the video ads disappear. Unfortunately, video ads are not a permanent feature in King games. You can read more about video ads by tapping 👉HERE👈.
Same problem with me. I purchased Golden bars and my ads disappear
Looks like ur not the only one I have the same issue, it looks like that when u purchase some they figure u r a good fish to catch ( instead of u catching the fish in the game) but unfortunately that's a usual thing with king whenever they can downgrade u that they think they can take out real money of ur pocket they will gladly do so , so yea I can say i feel ur pain I'm in the same boat but it's not new to me since I'm playing this game already from the beginning
Hi @seymanur46 Welcome to the Community 🤗 As MountainMom has said adverts aren't a permanent feature they can come and go. We are all players like yourself in the Community, and we have seen what you have put so many times before from other players. It does appear that after spending real money to buy something in the game, adverts just stop.
Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about it and King don't take any notice when told what is happening. None of us in the Community know for sure what will happen but it's possible you might get adverts back again at some stage, but again you might not.
Good luck with your game and if you have any questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help. Also please let us know if you do get adverts back, and how long it took 😉
