Good question 👍 If you need to reinstall Candy Crush Saga because of crashing, here’s how you can retain your free gifts, progress, and purchases: 1. Connect to Facebook or King Account Before uninstalling, make sure your game is linked to your Facebook account or a King account (you can create one in settings). This saves your level progress on the cloud. 2. Save Boosters & Free Gifts Unfortunately, boosters and free gifts (like lollipop hammers, color bombs, etc.) are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, these are usually lost since they don’t sync with your account.
3. Workaround Options Try clearing the app’s cache/data first instead of uninstalling (in your phone settings → Apps → Candy Crush → Storage). This sometimes fixes crashes without deleting your local data. If you have to reinstall, you’ll keep your progress and gold bars, but boosters/free gifts will be gone.
👉 My tip: Use up your free gifts/boosters before uninstalling so they don’t go to waste. Then reinstall and log back in to restore your levels

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Are we still getting the 300 gold bars for finishing the event? I actually finished it and got a confirmation of obtaining the last tape but didn’t get it. It’s frustrating cause I bought stuffs to finish it on time and used a lot of bars as well for special candies.
