I have played this level at least 100 times with and without boosters and i'm getting absolutely no where near, i'm wondering if there is an issue with me or the level,

honey, all I can tell you is just keep playing it. But the first thing I would do is not play it for a few days, then get back on the game and play it again, I’ve been on hard levels before, I’m sure you’ll eventually pass it.
