Regarding the items are gone after i re-install the app

Is there anyone can help me out?

I was playing the game over a several years. And it didnt have any issue. However since last night, while i am watching the Ads to receive the free items, it looks like the app crash with other app (i am not sure for this) then the app goes off. So i decide to delete and re-install the app.

After i re-install the app, my Level and Gold bar has been recovered as i had before. But all of my items are gone.

I want my items are back.

Is there anyone who knows how to back up my items ?

I wish I had better news for you. Unfortunately when you delete the Candy Crush Saga app from your device, all boosters are lost. This is because your boosters are stored locally on your device. In contrast, your gold bars and progress are stored on King servers if you have a King.com account. I encourage you to review the articles in the Help Center regarding your game progress.
