Pins upgrade platinum i got it but then disappeared

I got the platinum pins to upgrade for 240 golds and other gifts…but suddenly they disappeared 💔

Please please help help💔💔

This might be a glitch in the "Pins" event. If it is, you will need to contact Player Support (use the hyperlink below)

That team can access your player account, but we in this Community cannot.

In the meantime, look at the list below and try each option. This will maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you and might return your Pin rewards.

Internet: Ensure you have a stable Internet connection
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
