Yes, there is a problem. I haven't received the bonus from Pinks Plus yet. I got angry and deleted it and reinstalled the game. I would be happy if you could at least get the bonus from Pinks Plus. I can't find this. Clear, just on my phone, nothing comes out of the game and it still stays on.This is from another phone I took the picture on, but other phones have many more bonuses than the one I received.

In this Community, I can report the issue with the Pins feature to management, but we are not able to give you the rewards you earned. For that, you will need to contact Player Support. Complete the Contact Us form to reach Player Support. The first response will be an automated response, so reply to that message with your User ID, device details and screenshots. You should get assigned a ticket number when your issue is assigned to a specific person. In the meantime, I have reported this issue to the Community management and it is currently under investigation.

Before everyday I am getting advertisement for extra moves.. after one payment now a days ad stopped... Worst
6 Hours play option
I no longer seem to be able to access the 6 hour play for 69 gold bars. Only options available are buy 1 life or watch adverts to be awarded a life. Do I have to using a specific version of Candy crush to get the 6 hours play option? Thanks

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
