On your phone's home screen, press and hold the Candy Crush icon, in a menu that will pop up, tap 'Don't Require Face ID'.
I have an iPhone and I went to candy crush saga and all of sudden I have to use Face ID to get into the game never had to use Face ID before. I tried everything went to my apps where candy crush is and nowhere is there to turn it off I went other areas also with no luck even setting on candy crush saga no where to turn it off. Very frustrating.I contacted support they are the worst never answer your issues always sending u to community. Support is garbage.
I am not sure what you mean. This website does not use face ID. The Candy Crush Saga app does not use face ID. Some phones, such as iPhone use face ID, but that cannot be related to Candy Crush. Please could you explain a little more and restate what problem you encounter.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
