This is the second time you have this problem.
I experienced a technical issue in Candy Crush Saga. I successfully solved a level, but the game did not move me to the next stage. Instead, I lost a significant amount of gold bars/gems that I had earned for free inside the game.
This was very frustrating because I completed the challenge correctly, but due to this glitch, my progress and rewards were lost.
Could you please check my account and restore the lost rewards or compensate me for the issue? I have attached screenshots as proof.
