Level 10340 said I had one more alien but the board was empty. I spend 26 gold to get more turns and the missing alien never appeared. I also lost my streak so I lost my super bomb. Not cool.
Please complain to player support using the link below. Make sure to mention it is the Aliens event and include your player ID, then you might get some compensation.

Unable to purchase
