Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored. You might also need to clear the cache on your device or clear your history an that device.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

If these steps do not solve the problem, please reach out to our Player Support team via the following hyperlink—> Contact us. The automatic response you receive is the initial reply that everybody receives after sending a complaint. The general instructions always suggest you come to this Community; however, I encourage you to reply to that automated message with full details about your issue, your User ID, and device details. Then you should get a ticket number that shows your issue has been assigned to a real person. It might take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!
