Have not rec my purchase order from last 2 days

Lot of have share mail with screen shot still have not rec my purchase order niether rec my refund now it's more than 2 days am waiting no support from kings team poor service cheating with us facing lot of problem dur to not receving my purchase order lossing all rewards

Hello @vikrant01. I am sorry I did not see your post earlier. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve issues related to purchases in this Community. You can find instructions in the topic in our Help Center called "My Purchases." Tap on the bold green font to be redirected to that topic. Once there, select the tab for your specific device and then scroll down to the appropriate link, such as "I didn't receive my ___ purchase." You will find directions on how to report the issue and get a refund or compensation.

Please contact Google. That is the best way to get a refund. I recommended this action in my initial post on page 1 of this long thread, and now the Community Manager has advised the same. Google should refund any money taken from your account for purchases which you have not received. Please contact them for it. King Player Support cannot be relied on to deal with such matters.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble with your purchase.

Unfortunately, the Community team can’t look into or process purchase-related issues. These are handled by Player Support directly. If you haven’t already, please also try reaching out to Google to request a refund as they can often help resolve payment issues faster. You can find the steps here:

I know this probably isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but I just want to be transparent so you know exactly what can and can’t be done from our side.

If you have any screenshots or receipts, please include them when reaching out to Google. And again, I’m sorry this has taken up your time and energy. If anything changes or there’s an update from Player Support, they’ll be in touch with you via the ticket you submitted.

I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with one of your recent purchases!

If you have done everything suggested by my friend @MountainMom and still no results, can you please do something for us to assist you further?

You should have received a ticket number with the “automated email” you have received on 20th (I presume)! Can you please copy & paste that ticket number here, so that we can escalate the issue to our Game Experts’ team!

Hello @vikrant01, did you receive a ticket number from the Player Support team? We would need that number in order for us to follow up (we are a separate organization from Player Support). As I mentioned before, you should get a ticket number after you reply to the initial (automated) response from Player Support.

You also mention that you have a record of your purchase order. This would be helpful information for Player Support, in addition to your User ID.

Still no reply on my issue worst service

Sending attachment to u also which I don't rec my purchase order ple resolve my issue other wise have to take legel action

HHave done every think just have purchase 360 rs order that also have not rec my purchase order ur team is niether responding niether creditin my purchase order even not giving any reply now it's 5 days more number of time have send mail no response from ur team horrible now have to complain to cyber crime

The automatic response you received is the initial reply that everybody receives after sending a complaint. The general instructions always suggest you come to this Community. It will take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!

Since you have not heard back after 4 days from your initial complaint, please send a reminder email (by replying to that automated email) and inform the Support team that you are still waiting for their assistance. A response from a real agent will include a ticket number in the title line.

Alternatively, you could request a refund from your credit provider.
