You're welcome @momstimeout yes π€But I would still suggest you get back in touch with Player Support and ask them to check your game. If it was just one device you could think it was the device, but three, no way. Stick it out with Player Support until your devices are working again π

Hi @momstimeout you say it is happening on all devices, how many is it happening on. Two years ago the same thing happened to me on three devices and Player Support gave me many things to try. None of what they told me to do helped so they suggested I uninstall and reinstall. Please DO NOT do that as you will lose all your boosters and you won't get them back again unless you paid real money for them. If your devices are still frozen contact Player Support again and ask them to look at your game saying it must be a fault their end. That's what I did as I certainly wasn't going to uninstall and reinstall my game, and after 3 days everything was back to normal. Good luck and please let us know either way, if your devices are still frozen or back to normal π€
Hello @momstimeout, I have not heard of this problem happening to other players recently. It sounds like you have tried our standard troubleshooting steps, so I would like you to try playing on a different device if you have that option. Let's see if it is your device or your game.
