i want my money back

first i top up at my tng to buy gift offer at shop candy crush saga..when i by at my tng..they deduct my money and i didnt get my gift..i was thinking that line problem..then i check at my tng..deduct already my money and i didnt get my gift!!! i restart my fon..but same..second i try press at the offer again rm79.99..suddenly deduct at my bank acc..i get my gift..but the first one i buy at tng..deduct my money but i didnt get my gift! pls pls pls return back my money!!!!!
