635 level is so hard please next level change in candy crush suga

I am afraid it is not possible to skip any levels on Candy Crush. If you can't pass a level because the board is impossible you have these options:

Replay the level for as many times as it takes until the game allows you to pass.
Pay 10 gold bars to get past the level when the game offers you enough extra moves for the gold
Play the required boosters in the last few moves of the game if you can see which boosters are required
Give the game a long break and come back in a few days time. The game may have become easier by then
Give up with this stupid game and uninstall the app

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
