It is impossible to skip levels in Candy Crush. The game demands players to pass each level. So you have these options:

Replay the level until the game allows you to pass (this should happen eventually but can take 20-30 or more attempts)
Play the required boosters
Pay 10 gold bars to move past the level
Quit the game and enjoy life doing something more fun than this game

Cannot skip levels in Candy Crush Saga; you must pass each level to progress to the next one. While there are no official ways to skip levels, sometimes glitches may cause a level to advance without being played, or you can purchase boosters with gold bars to help you pass difficult levels.
