I have reached level 19805 on my iPad and a message says new levels coming soon.
But on my mobile phone i can continue and I am on level 19841 can you look into this please.

Thank you for the feedback , Please try restart your apps and open the App Store, tap on your profile picture, and then tap on Update All or select Candy Crush Saga from the list of available updates. You should update regularly to get new levels and features, as the game is updated weekly with new content.
