When I log in the with Facebook ID to save my progress in game, I lost all gold bars.. it was above 1200. Now showing zero bars. Please resolve.
I am not sure if you were trying to merge a new game to an already existing account?
If you were playing a new game from level 1 and then log into an already existing account at any point with it, the gold balance of the account you log into will show up, because gold balance and progress is stored on King's servers. Boosters will transfer because those are linked to your device, so you should have bought boosters with your gold before merging the new game to an existing account.
If this one was your only account and you saved it new then yes, contact player support about it.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
