How can I sync both devices to get the same boosters &chances?

II can't sync my game on both devices "correctly". on My phone I get ads to watch if I fail a level to help me pass it. On my Kindle I have the same everything except it won't give me ads to help. If I lose I lose.. So it messes me up when I'm on a streak. Why can't I sync them to be exactly the same.. Now I can't be a member of community from my phone cuz I registered here. I need to be able to register from both.. No?

Hi there. I think the header is a bit misleading so @MountainMom' s answer is probably not what you were asking? I cannot really offer a solution either. When I did have ads in my game they usually appeared on both devices, but I only played on iPhone and iPad, which are of course both Apple. It may be that with Kindle it's different and it may be normal to only see ads on one device. Some features are different on different devices, even on the same account. This is part of the normal workings of the game. Progress, gold bars and some events are stored on King's servers and sync, other features do not sync. I suggest you play the harder levels only on the device on which you see the ads. I gave up playing on two devices long ago because I find that switching between devices causes a lot of glitches.

I do not understand your comment about this community. To join here on your phone I would think this should be easy: log in using your community account user name and password

Hello @1256213542, boosters are stored locally on your device(s) and cannot be synchronized across devices. This is in contrast to gold bars, which are synced across devices.
