Are you are referring to the Paradise Bay campaign? Please make sure that you have your Paradise Bay game ID ready.
Then please go to the in game Help Centre for the game that you wish to be compensated. For example in Candy Crush Saga you will find this by going to the pink "settings" cog and then the green "settings" cog and selecting "Help Center"
Once you have reached the Help Center click on any article and scroll to the bottom and select "Contact Us"
When contacting us make sure that you select the game Paradise Bay and then a ticket will be created for you :-)

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
