So has anyoneSo has anyone ever had a problem redeeming a gift card?It's been 8 emails in a day and a 1/2 and still.I cannot redeem my gift card. won't connect through Facebook.Won't let me log in says?I have an incorrect username which I have changed the password and signed in 3 times

While talkingWhile talking to support they tell me, I have to delete and log out of everything and remove the app out of my phone.Has anybody ever heard of this just to redeem a gift card?

Music event
If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.

My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please

what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
