This offer is only available when you have Google play pass as stated in the advert. This is not kings candy crush issue therfore they cannot help you. If you have purchase the play pass from Google at 4.99 usd a month you should not have an issue buying this bundle. Also these are just ads to get you to buy the play pass just like any ads.
I have also sent an email to the app developer as requested by Google play help center after a lengthy convo & troubleshooting. Hoping to get this offer or else why even offer it to me?
