It’s impossible! Have tried hundreds of times
This is a notorious level, and it has been asked about many times. Some players find this level exceptionally difficult to pass, and I am unsure if the boards given to players who pass it as a new level and as an old level are actually the same.
My approach for this and other similar levels is this:
Try not to focus on opening those locks and don't let it influence which moves you make. If you have a color that spawns less often, which prevents you from opening a lock, don't try to collect that particular color, and don't try to use a color bomb on that color. It's impossible to win in this way. Instead, try to clear the blockers and open up the board early, and then make as many special candies and combos as possible. This way, you will collect a lot of each color, and eventually all the locks will open. I do know it's hard to play like this, and it may seem counterintuitive, but it's what worked for me.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
