just wondering how often levels are checked to see if the number of plays are needed? Does someone actually play them or do they still go by averages without checking to see if boosters were used by players who completed levels under the number of plays? Thank you

Hello @hugyourdog the levels are continuously checked and monitored by King we have been told, but the check doesn't include if the number of moves is correct.

King continuously monitors the levels and adjust the number of moves if the data suggests that too many people are completing the levels too quickly. They do not take into account people paying to complete a level or using boosters.

No one at King plays the levels to determine if the number of moves is sufficient to complete the level, but we have been told that AI is used to check the level for other aspects of play.

Hello @hugyourdog King will not share this info, but the AI reviews levels every week I think. The number of moves is controlled so that some levels will leave players short so that they have to pay gold bars for extra moves if they wish to pass on their first attempt.

I do not think that King can actively check if players used boosters to pass these levels. There is not way to compute that. However, the game does control what timed boosters players get. The "end of level" parts of each algorithm, meaning the last few moves which lead to a pass, often seem to include the use of one specific booster, usually a UFO or lollipop hammer. If players use this booster in these levels the level will self terminate on the next move (often now with the help of the new jelly fish). So playing the correct boosters is an alternative to paying gold bars for some levels.
