Don’t worry, your progress can usually be recovered 👍 Here’s what you can try:

Make sure you’re using the same Facebook account that was connected to your game before. Sometimes players have more than one account without realizing.
If Facebook still won’t connect, you can try logging in with a King account (email login). If you never created one, don’t worry, Player Support can help you restore your levels.

To reach Player Support from inside your game:

Kingsley, our helper bot, will try to solve the issue on the spot. If the bot can’t fix it, you’ll be able to connect with a Support agent.

I’d recommend reaching out to Support as soon as possible so they can link your old progress back to your account.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
