Boa tarde, estive bastante tempo sem jogar e agora instalei a app do jogo e tentei entrar com o Facebook onde tinha conta e da erro

Perdi o acesso a minha conta e a todo o meu progresso.

Alguém capaz de me ajudar a recuperar?

Don’t worry, your progress can usually be recovered 👍 Here’s what you can try:

* Make sure you’re using the same Facebook account that was connected to your game before. Sometimes players have more than one account without realizing.
* If Facebook still won’t connect, you can try logging in with a King account (email login). If you never created one, don’t worry, Player Support can help you restore your levels.

To reach Player Support from inside your game:

* Open your game and tap the gear icon ⚙️.
* Tap Account & Help.
* Select ? Help Center.
* Open any article that matches your issue.
* Scroll to the bottom and tap “Chat With Us.”

Kingsley, our helper bot, will try to solve the issue on the spot. If the bot can’t fix it, you’ll be able to connect with a Support agent.

I’d recommend reaching out to Support as soon as possible so they can link your old progress back to your account.
