Whenever we see ads, when the ad ends, the app restarts, not giving the rewards and making us lose the game we are playing, this is happening with all ads and all rewards.
This is making me crazy. Definitely a glitch.
It is likely because there is a particular ad that causes the game to crash. If you can report the ad, it may help it get removed from circulation.
Hello, thanks for replying. As I said, it's all the ads. Right after watching, Candy restarts, causing me to lose prizes, matches, etc. My phone is updated, and Candy is always up to date. This problem has been happening for over two weeks now. There's no point in closing Candy and opening it again; the problem persists. Good job.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
