I am sorry to hear that you've lost your lives, I will be happy to explain further.
For starters, please note that lives (and Boosters too) are not synced with your Facebook or King account. These items are in fact saved on your device's memory. Due to this, when you uninstall, some connection hiccups, change the device or reset it, these items will be lost or simply won't transfer to the new device but you will be able to continue using them on the previous device.
Please also note that lives aren't meant to be stored in such great numbers but rather to promote cooperation among players, and there's always a small chance to lose them, due to device or game updates.
As such, I advise you against storing so many lives. Your friends will be always ready to help you when you need some more lives.
Even though I would love to restore your lives, I regret to inform you that I don't have technical ways to do so as only friends can send you lives.

Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???
