App is freezing

the last few days I can get one or two levels and then it freezes. I have to blow the app to get it to unfreeze. I have checked for app updates and restarted my phone and still have this issue.

Sorry to hear your game has been freezing. Since you’ve already updated and restarted, here are a few more things you can try:

Clear cache (don’t delete app data): this often helps with freezing issues.
Make sure your device has enough free storage space.
If you’re playing on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data (or vice versa) to rule out connection hiccups.
If the issue continues, a clean reinstall can sometimes help — just make sure your progress is saved with a King account or Facebook before uninstalling.

If it still keeps happening after this, I’d recommend contacting Player Support directly from the game:

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → open any article → scroll down and tap Chat With Us.

That way the team can check your account and device details to see what’s going on.

oh, normally when you restart the phone everything is fixed. Hope you can find support and solution from the support team.

lees_22 why have you removed the ability to purchase 6hour free lives with gold bars - have bought these with in app purchases etc and now can only buy 1 or 5 lives - bring back the 69 bar option for 6 hours
