App is freezing

Question

the last few days I can get one or two levels and then it freezes. I have to blow the app to get it to unfreeze. I have checked for app updates and restarted my phone and still have this issue.

* If the issue continues, a clean reinstall can sometimes help — just make sure your progress is saved with a King account or Facebook before uninstalling.

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → open any article → scroll down and tap Chat With Us.

That way the team can check your account and device details to see what’s going on.

oh, normally when you restart the phone everything is fixed. Hope you can find support and solution from the support team.
