I have lost all the cakes and now the bakery is closed, and I think it will never come back

I am sorry to hear that you lost all the cakes in “Don’t feed the troll” feature! But, it shouldn’t matter that you couldn’t finish any of the tiers in time to receive the feature again! Has it been a while since you played / received the feature?
I am not sure if the feature is still in “testing” and being moved from one group to another🤔 If that is the case, that could be why you are missing it! Either way, please wait till the weekend and see if the Troll comes back to your game🍫🍬🍫

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
