Lola_Pop here 👋 Some of you might remember me from my time as a Community Manager in the forum.

These days, I’m the one looking after the Help Center content, making sure all the guides and FAQs stay clear and up to date so you can always find the help you need.

I deleted Farm Heroes Saga after years of playing. I had played in the morning, yesterday, received my daily reward and came back maybe 10 hours later and I was told I would have to buy coins to “keep my progress”. I JUST PLAYED THAT MORNING. I don’t know what clock you are using, but I am not starting over. You can’t beat levels without boosters unless YOU allow it. I don’t think there is much skill involved here. It all feels very much controlled. How many times where the winning move is one step away after game over, you can win this game for $2. No more. Keep it.

Doesn't give you help that your looking for. I used before the change and it's still the same. I'm not impressed.🤫🤔🤨

Before moving on to a new series in Candy Crush, the games played are made harder under the guise of events. It's been impossible to pass for days. It doesn't feel right to add a new event and make the level this difficult like 10715 level

I can't believe how much money I spent on you all those years!! but now I have an apifany and I understand that I probably need to say you goodbye cause my account is lost and you are ignoring me

What's the need for the help centre when you never get a chance to link with a human custom care. It just seems like it's a useless feature and you just go round and round with no end in sight

This is just a random thought and I don't really know if it is possible, but I would like to know how many times I've played a particularly hard game I'm stuck on.

I've just gone through everything on the help centre again @Lola_Pop and I honestly think you've covered everything. 👏👏👏

Impossible levels are not fun. Having 90% of the screen left after playing for days isn't fun. If the expecation is to pay $2.99 to complete a level you will never receive another penny from me. Please switch me to ads like my wife gets. I refuse to pay for impossible levels.

I use to pay here and there when there was time where I was flying, or waiting for somebody. Great game obviously. But you start having fun and then you hit a level that you know it will be days until they change the level or hand you gold coins…

Do you not understand that when is totally impossible (without having multiple rewards) all of the fun is gone?

Hi @Lola_Pop 🙂✨

The Help Center is not immediately visible; you have to enter the Support icon, and there we find the Help Center with all the FAQs (which are very comprehensive) and scroll down to find Contact Us when we have a problem to solve. I find it a bit confusing and not very visible. It would be more visible and straightforward to have a Help Center icon close to Support, or to replace Support with Help Center and vice versa.

Saga remove this part game modes score mode, these levels already disappeared in the game

No rewards
Since early December I've not had any extra lives awarded , butterflies not collecting. Game just not working as it normally would. I've reinstalled the game 3 times. Please help
